Why is there no sizing chart?
Sizing charts are for costumes ordered through catalogs. Items that are not, will not have a sizing chart. Typically, they are items such as shirts are universally sized.
Do I need to confirm participation in the recital if I’m ordering a costume?
No…you do not. If you are purchasing a costume through the website your order confirms your participation in the recital.
Who do I contact for “Dancer to Assemble” questions?
If you have any questions regarding your “Dancer to Assemble” costumes, accessories, shoe requirements, etc. feel free to contact your instructor directly via email.
Who do I contact for questions regarding ordering costumes online?

Can I give my costume payment to the CDC office?
No. All costume payments must be paid through the website.
Can I pay with cash or check?
The costume site only accepts credit card and debit cards. If you typically pay in cash or check, we suggest purchasing a Visa Gift Card from your local grocery store, and using it for your online transaction with our site.

Complimentary tape measures are available through the CDC office.
Can I cancel my costume?
The ability to cancel your costume is subject to order time and proximity to delivery date. If you cancel your costume, you will receive a refund back to the card that you placed the order with. To cancel an order, please email costumes@carlsbaddancecentre.com.
What do I need to do before I order my costumes?
Before you sit down to order your child’s costumes:
- Be sure to measure your child and write their measurements down. (Complimentary measuring tapes are available through the studio office.)
- Be sure to add at least 1 to 1.5 inches to each measurement to allow for your child’s growth.
How do I order multiple costumes for one dancer?
When you are checking out, you can enter the name of the child you are ordering costumer for. Once you put into your shopping cart, you can then move on the next costume you need to purchase.

How do I order costumes for multiple dancers?
You will have to do a full checkout for each dancer. Once one dancer has been ordered and paid for, please return to the recital site and select the costumes you need and checkout again.
